The Feather River Center’s Forebay Aquatic Center is located at the North Thermalito Forebay which has a beach for swimming, picnic and barbeque areas, hiking trails and plenty of opportunities for recreating on both land and water. The Aquatic Center offers K-12 field trips, summer camps, river trips, classes, fall salmon tours, full moon paddles, rowing and sailing clubs, watercraft and party rentals. Rentals are closed for the winter but will re-open weekends beginning May 10th, 2025. Special events, parties, trips, and tours can be scheduled year-round.
